Mercer’s Dairy happens to be the genius behind this delightfully boozy dessert. The creamery is based in Upstate New York, though the ice cream can still be found in grocery stores all over the U.S. and even Europe. Anyone hoping to get a taste of wine ice cream has all of ten different flavors to choose from, including Peach White Zinfandel, Lemon Sparkling, Strawberry Sparkling, Red Raspberry Chardonnay, and Riesling. But if eating the ice cream straight out of its container is a little too boring for you, you can head over to Mercer’s Dairy’s recipes page, where you’ll find several recipes that’ll allow you to turn your wine ice cream into special wine ice cream cocktails. Sounds like a dream, right?
