Eater Vancouver has uncovered quite a doozy of a cocktail. Called The Checkmate, it’s Score on Davie’s over-the-top Bloody Mary (a.k.a Caesar) creation. The drink is topped with skewers of a Score burger, a slider, chicken wings, onion rings, pulled pork mac, a cheese hot dog, and a brownie. Oh, and let’s not forget about the full roast chicken.

Owner Jesse Ritchie spoke with Eater to explain how they construct this behemoth Bloody. “It seems hard to balance but it’s actually pretty easy, we just use a few skewers and some techniques we’ve picked up with the heaped-high Caesars we already sell. My friends and I ate the test one and it was a hit! The night we made it, the Caesar felt like a celebrity with the entire full bar snapping photos and videos as we put the final pickle on the top! And, yes, you can drink it and it’s delicious!” he said.
Since the cocktail is unlike your standard Bloody Mary, it takes 20 minutes to prepare and costs $60. It is, as you may have guessed, meant for sharing and certainly will fill you up.
