What is ADR Registration and why is it important?

The Authority for the Digitalization of Romania (ADR) is the government body responsible for overseeing and promoting the digital transformation of the public and private sectors in Romania. One of its roles is to ensure that providers of electronic trust services – such as electronic signatures and timestamps, as well as electronic identity providers – adhere to stringent standards of security, transparency, and reliability.
