Delphine DELIEUX, Ambassador and Permanent Representative of Belgium to the Council of Europe, has deposited, this 9 September 2024, before the Deputy Secretary General of the Council of Europe, Bjørn BERGE, the instrument of ratification of the Council of Europe Convention on an Integrated Safety, Security and Service Approach at Football Matches and Other Sports Events (CETS Nº 218), also known as the Saint-Denis Convention.
Belgium is the 30th State to ratify the Saint-Denis Convention, which will enter into force in respect of Belgium on 1 November 2024.
