Konavle is the peaceful gem that all those engulfed in the hustle and bustle of summertime Dubrovnik require. Situated in the small rural village of Popovići, Pasjača attracts people from all over the world. It’s quite a trek to get down to it, with many steps along Konavle’s signature rocky outcrops involved, but the result is absolutely worth it.

The sea that laps Pasjača is impossible to resist, azure and crystalline. Beckoning all those near it to jump right in, it’s no wonder that it appears on so many international lists for its astounding beauty. What makes it stand out is its sheer seclusion. Driving along the roads of Konavle, you’d actually have no idea it is even there thanks to its unique location, sheltered deeply under the high rock face. This beautiful beach is a combination of sand and gravel, making the seawater as clear as clear can possibly be.

It is no wonder, therefore, that the well-respected and prestigious American magazine Forbes has published that Pasjača was declared the most beautiful hidden beach in Europe in 2024, according to the European Best Destinations portal.
