Polls have opened in the Netherlands, where four days of voting have kicked off across the EU in the 2024 election for the European Parliament. In our series of portraits of young voters in the EU, we talk to Dina, a 24-year-old actress from the Netherlands.
In this edition of Europe Votes, we also talk about the election campaign in Spain, where the country’s data watchdog suspended two EU election tools from Meta’s Instagram and Facebook, citing data protection concerns. The tools would have reminded people to vote on June 9.
