Newmark Retail UK & EMEA continues to support Spanish fashion and footwear designers THE HOFF BRAND with the announcement of a new store opening in Belgium.
The new store, which is located at Korte Gasthuisstraat 11 in Antwerp, spans 92 sqm and is situated close to popular mid-market and premium brands such as Subdued, The North Face, Guess, & Other Stories and Rituals.
Korte Gasthuisstraat is one of the main high streets in Antwerp city centre, with an approximate footfall of over four million people per year. The street leads into the ‘Wilde Zee’ neighbourhood, a pedestrianised area consisting of five streets radiating from a central square.
THE HOFF BRAND was founded in 2017 by Fran Marchena, and is headquartered in Alicante. It continues to increase its presence worldwide, with 60 monobrand stores worldwide, located in countries including Spain, France, Portugal and the UK, and more than 1,500 multi-brand stores.
Ana Mendi, executive director at Newmark Retail UK & EMEA, said: “With its high footfall figures, Korte Gasthuisstraatl is the perfect location for THE HOFF BRAND to open a new store and expand its presence in Belgium. The new Antwerp store will be the second store the brand has opened in Belgium, following the opening of the Maasmechelen outlet store in March this year.
“The brand aims to continue establishing a physical presence worldwide and especially across Europe in the coming years, primarily targeting Spain, France, Germany and Italy, which are its most important markets.”
