In addition to large-scale recruitment solutions, Get the Job in Portugal specializes in recruitment and selection for technical and specialized roles in areas such as engineering, human resources, and finance. Get the Job will now integrate Jobmatch Talent into all recruitment and selection processes to ensure the quality of candidates’ skills, abilities, and competencies.

“Jobmatch offers innovative and reliable talent assessment solutions that align with our goal of delivering high-quality recruitment services. The tools we gain access to are data-driven, scientifically validated, and user-friendly, providing significant added value to our clients,” says Rui Guedes de Quinhones, CEO at Get the Job.

The agreement with Jobmatch gives Get the Job exclusive rights to offer Jobmatch’s testing tools in the Portuguese market.

“There is great potential for psychometric testing in Portugal, and the market is growing. Psychometric assessments are becoming increasingly popular, especially in recruitment, talent management, and organizational development.”

With the partnership agreement, Get the Job aims to grow both its existing offering and expand into new segments.

“While we are strengthening our core recruitment offering, we also see significant opportunities for market growth, where we will attract new clients with the help of Jobmatch’s unique testing solution,” says Rui Guedes de Quinhones.

The agreement with Get the Job is the next step in Jobmatch’s international expansion, with the company now represented in ten countries worldwide – Sweden, Denmark, Finland, Norway, Germany, Malta, Mexico, Luxembourg, Austria, and now Portugal.

“These partnership agreements are strategically important for our continued expansion, and we are constantly looking for new opportunities to grow in more countries,” says Fredrik Nordén, Globalization Manager at Jobmatch Sweden.

Jobmatch Sweden is a leading player in Sweden in the development of advanced recruitment technology, offering solutions designed to optimize the recruitment process. With a focus on predictive validity and a user-friendly platform, Jobmatch provides companies with tools that enable well-informed and efficient hiring decisions.
