Recently, Time Out magazine enlisted expert travel writers to name Europe’s 18 most beautiful spots—and among these is one enchanting Croatian hilltop village.

With an impressive 34 UNESCO World Heritage Sites, Europe offers so many awe-inspiring places that narrowing down the top spots is no small feat. Recently, the global magazine Time Out asked seasoned travel writers to do just that—compile a list of Europe’s most beautiful places.
Among the chosen destinations is Motovun in Croatia, which earns its place at number 11 on the list.
