If WWE and its fans are excited about its impending debut on the global platform, Netflix, too, are beginning to step up its preparations.
A new report from Fightful in the US reported that a string of stars were present at a Netflix commercial and video shoot last month, the streaming service also said to be making mentions of stars it ‘desires’ to feature on Raw come the New Year.
CM Punk, Cody Rhodes and Roman Reigns are all said to have been mentioned, but it’s said no firm plans have yet been put in place.

Rodes, meanwhile, saw his WWE stock continue to rise over the weekend after he was crowned the first ever men’s Crown Jewel Champion after defeating World Champion Gunther on Saturday.
It comes as his own reign as Undisputed WWE Champion continues, with Fightful adding Netflix have even approached The American Nightmare for talks over a proposed movie role, but added such plans ‘didn’t end up coming to fruition.’
Rhodes and his WWE colleagues jetted it from Saudi to Dublin in time for a live event on Sunday night, with dates in London, Nottingham and Belfast to come later this week.
