Heavy equipment specialist Kobex-Pannónia is the new official dealer for Rokbak articulated haulers in Hungary. The Sóskút-based heavy machinery provider will now provide Rokbak RA30 haulers to customers in the country, for use in demanding work environments such as construction, mining and quarrying.

“We are excited to bring Rokbak haulers to Hungary, especially as the demand for high-performance, reliable equipment continues to grow in the region’s industrial and infrastructure sectors,” says Gábor Nagy, managing director of Kobex-Pannónia. “Rokbak haulers are known for their robust engineering and operational ease, which make them an ideal solution for our customers. We look forward to building on Rokbak’s strong reputation and offering our customers top-tier service and support.”

Kobex-Pannónia has already showcased the Rokbak RA30 articulated hauler at a major national event. Gábor took the ADT to the ÉBSZ-Gépshow Exhibition in Hungary at the end of September 2024, alongside Rokbak and other members of the Kobex-Pannónia team.

Kobex-Pannónia and Rokbak highlighted their partnership at the exhibition, where industry professionals and potential customers had the chance to experience the Rokbak hauler up close.

“It was a great opportunity for Hungarian companies to get up close to the hauler, see the layout and look, and experience first-hand exactly what we’ve been talking about with Rokbak trucks,” says Gábor.

Haulers in Hungary

The introduction of Rokbak’s robust and reliable articulated haulers into the Hungarian market reflects the commitment of Kobex-Pannónia to providing its customers with world-class equipment for demanding work environments such as construction, mining and quarrying.

The RA30 articulated haulers are known for their exceptional performance in rough terrain, boasting advanced safety features and driver-centric controls, which make them user-friendly and efficient to operate. The RA30 has a maximum payload of 28 tonnes and a heaped capacity of 17.5m3, and an EU Stage V engine producing a fuel consumption saving of up to 7% when compared with the previous EU Stage IV engines. This means lower operating costs and less impact on the environment. Kobex-Pannónia will now support these trucks alongside Rokbak with comprehensive aftersales service and a dedicated parts supply chain.

Expanding across Europe

Rokbak’s collaboration with Kobex-Pannónia is part of a broader strategy to strengthen its dealer network across Europe. With headquarters strategically positioned close to Hungary’s capital and with decades of experience and a deep understanding of the Hungarian market, Kobex-Pannónia will provide local operators with easier access to Rokbak’s products.

“We are thrilled to partner with Kobex-Pannónia,” says Paul Culliford, regional sales manager at Rokbak. “The team’s experience with leading brands positions them as a trusted and established dealer in the market.

“With this partnership, we are confident that Rokbak products will gain strong traction in Hungary, supported by Kobex-Pannónia’s robust customer network and industry expertise.

“The Hungarian market, while relatively small in size, holds significant opportunities, Kobex-Pannónia’s established relationships and market insights will be key to introducing Rokbak’s product line and driving growth in both Hungary and Europe.”
