Including Ukraine.
Eight countries outside the European Union have supported the recent EU sanctions against the Lukashenka regime. This was announced on January 14 at the EU Council.
Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Iceland, Liechtenstein, Montenegro, North Macedonia, Norway and Ukraine have joined the restrictions. It is reported that they will ensure that their national policies are “in line with the sanctions regime against official Minsk.”
In turn, the EU “accepts this commitment and welcomes it.”
