The agreement, effective December 31, 2024, will see the Brno team of McDermott integrated into Bilfinger Engineering & Maintenance Central Eastern Europe (Bilfinger E&M CEE), marking a significant step in the company’s growth strategy for the Central and Eastern European (CEE) region.
With this transition, Bilfinger’s regional engineering workforce will increase to nearly 400 professionals, positioning the company as the largest entity in its sector in the Czech Republic. Customer relationships held by the Brno office will be seamlessly transferred, ensuring continuity of service.
