A woman took to TikTok to share a video clip of the incredible blue waters surrounding the island.
She called the area “underrated” in her TikTok focused on Corfu in Greece.
The woman, who goes by the name of @arianatans on TikTok, said this is “the most underrated island in Greece with waters like the Maldives for much cheaper”.
Commenters were quick to share in her awe of the island.
One penned: “I can’t believe seas like that exist”.
Another added: “Absolutely lovely place! Used to wake up with the sun and swim for hours along the coast line… perfect.”
There are a variety of great beaches in Corfu, which can be reached from the UK with flights lasting a little over three hours. Among them is Paleokastritsa Beach.

A visitor wrote a review on Tripadvisor, reading: “Pure heaven on earth. Just so good for your soul. You have to come and spend some time here.
“Your soul will thank you after. The views are amazing and there are cosy bars around the beach if you feel the need to have one or two.”
Another great beach is Canal D’Amour – it is home to a series of unique rock formations that create bay pools that are ideal for swimming. Here, you can climb the cliffs for stunning views of the beautiful landscape and the Ionian Sea.
If you’re seeking adventure, you can snorkel in the shallow waters, where you’ll see an exciting variety of sea life.
A visitor said on Tripadvisor: “I would recommend this visit to everyone, it really is the wonder of nature.
“The Canal itself is beautiful for swimming as are the rock formations for walking!
“But for us, the best beach was on the right side of the Beach Bar – almost nobody the whole morning, the views are amazing and the beach is like paradise!”
