It is hard to overstate just how bad Bosnia’s recent form has been. Dzeko and co. have lost nine of their last 10 matches; the exception was a 0-0 draw with Hungary.
It is not just that Bosnia have lost to the Netherlands, Portugal and England. They have also been beaten by the likes of Slovakia, Ukraine and Luxembourg, the latter triumphing 4-1.
With all that in mind, this looks set to be a comfortable night for Germany.
⚽ Tip Germany with a -2 handicap at 11/10 with Betfred ⚽
Germany to win to nil
Germany have kept two clean sheets in their four games to date, shutting out Hungary on matchday one and the Netherlands in their most recent outing.
They did not manage to deny Bosnia-Herzegovina in the first game between the sides, but it will be hard for the visitors to Freiburg to create clear-cut chances this weekend.
Germany will dominate possession and press high up the pitch, so it will be hard enough for Bosnia to even get the ball in advanced areas.
Sergej Barbarez’s side have failed to score in four of their last six games. That bodes ill for their chances of making the net ripple against Germany in their penultimate game of the campaign.

Serge Gnabry to score any time
Jamal Musiala was forced to pull out of the Germany squad for the October internationals due to injury, but he is now ready to reclaim his place in the starting XI.
There is no shortage of options at the top of the pitch for Nagelsmann, who also has Florian Wirtz, the aforementioned Undav, Serge Gnabry, Leroy Sane and Kai Havertz to call upon.
The anytime scorer market brings a slight risk given it is hard to know who Nagelsmann will pick to start, but Gnabry looks like a good choice overall.
He was in the XI against both Bosnia-Herzegovina and the Netherlands last month, playing centrally in one game and from the flank in the other.
Nagelsmann is clearly a fan of Gnabry and we like his chances of finding the back of the net against Bosnia.
