What better way to celebrate than in the most delightful company of children? That is precisely what Europe House did to mark its second birthday. The celebration commenced with the premiere of the theatre play “Super Stella.”

The play was created by actresses Sanja Popović and Ivona Čović Jaćimović and inspired by the comic book Super Stella—an amusing entertainment for both young and older visitors.

The play follows the adventures of our heroine Super Stella while she is travelling through the countries of the European Union.

Manja Babić from Europe House highlighted that this was the most beautiful way to celebrate this birthday.

“The reactions of pupils were fantastic. We owe great gratitude to Sanja and Ivona, who prepared this theatre play and brought the comic book to life. The children provided us with wonderful visual elements through their art, making the entire experience even more special,” she concluded.

On stage, young Montenegrin actors Lara Dragović and Stefan Vuković gleamed, bringing the adventures of Super Stella to life through their energy and talent.

Actress Sanja Popović said that children are the most wonderful and sincere audience but also the best critics.

“I am glad that this interactive play reached them and that they participated and followed the story with great attention.”

Guests of Europe House also had the opportunity to enjoy the exhibition of pupil’s artworks, which was also officially opened during this occasion. The exhibition is the result of the collaboration between Europe House and the painting school “My Imaginarium” led by artist Iva Ivanović.

The works of pupils were reproduced, creating an extraordinary scenography for the play. The young artists added extra magic to the performance.

The celebration concluded with laughter and applause, once again confirming that Europe House is a place of gathering, dialogue, new ideas, and creativity, where everyone who wishes can learn about the European Union, its initiatives, policies, and projects.
