Monaco to beat Lille @ 9/10

Monaco have had a fantastic start to the season both in Ligue 1 and in the Champions League and they can make home advantage count when they take on Lille at the Stade Louis II.

Les Rouge et Blanc lead the way in the French top tier with 19 points from a possible 21, and they have been in fine form for some time at home with eight wins in their last nine competitive games at this venue stretching back into last season.

Lille are on a three-game winning streak, including a sensational Champions League success over Real Madrid, but their road form has been less impressive with three defeats in their last four across all competitions.

Monaco have won their last four in Ligue 1 and can make sure they finish the weekend at the top of the pile by taking down Les Dogues on Friday.

The Yorkshire derby between Leeds and Sheffield United could have a big impact on the battle for promotion this season and visiting midfielder Jesurun Rak-Sakyi stands out as an outside contender for a goal.

The 22-year-old put in a scintillating display for the Blades last time out as he scored both goals in a 2-0 win over Luton and was a constant thorn in the Hatters’ side.

Rak-Sakyi should come into this game in confident mood after that all-action display and at 11/2 he looks excellent value to get on the scoresheet at Elland Road.
